Shipping Policy

Lithium batteries can only be shipped by road via Australia Post or TNT within Australia. Typical delivery times are:

East Coast of Australia (VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, ACT): 3-7 business days via Australia Post.
Other regions: 6-14 business days via Australia Post.
Express services (Aus Post, TNT, Aramex): Usually half the standard delivery time compared to Australia Post.

Shipping times vary by region and are beyond the control of Voltaris eBikes. Voltaris eBikes will not be held responsible for any delays.

Free Shipping Over $99*

Applies to all products except hub motor kits.
Any TNT redelivery fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delayed Packages

Shipping delays are out of Voltaris eBikes' control. Refunds for express shipping will not be provided for delayed parcels.

Signature on Delivery All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If Authority to Leave (ATL) is required, customers must email voltarisebikes@gmail.com before dispatch with clear instructions.

Stolen Packages

Voltaris eBikes is not responsible for stolen packages. If a courier confirms a package as delivered but it is stolen or signed for by another party, Voltaris eBikes will not be held liable. Proof of delivery can be provided upon request.
