Custom Bafang Ultra Build 1

This was built for a customer who wanted to tackle the steepest terain at ease, it features:

  • Seroxat Heavy Duty Alloy Frame

  • Bafang Ultra Mid Drive

    • 1500w and 160Nm

  • Sanyo 52v Battery

  • Fox 36 170mm GRIP2 Fork

  • Fox Float DPX2 Rear Shock

  • Shimano Deore 4 piston brakes 

  • Shimano Deore XT 10-Speed

  • Nukeproof Horizon 29er Wheelset

  • Dropper Post

  • (Optional Throttle and street/off road mode programming)

Custom Bafang Ultra Build 2

This is a similar build to above, with slightly different parts. This customers focus was to turn the bike into more of an electric dirt-bike experience. A large battery was built alongside a 3D printed case for long touring rides.

  • LG 52V 40Ah Custom Battery 

  • Up to 70km/h top speed

  • 60km range at full throttle no pedalling

  • 250km+ range at lower assist levels

  • Eggrider display with road/off-road programming
