Cell layouts are modelled and planned extensively.
This is critical to ensure even current distribution from cells, pack longevity and most critically safety!
We have seen some shocking builds from Chinese manufacturers that are ticking time bombs. This included undersized power cables, bottlenecked cell connections which meant the entire current of the battery (30-40amps) was being funnelled through one cell connection! A very critical fire hazard!
Rest assured our builds are over engineered to ensure reliability and safety.

Cell Layouts and Design

We offer custom battery builds for eBikes, eScooters, and more, using high quality name brand cells.
Custom built to order 3D Printed battery cases to suit your bike frame, maximising the amount of battery capacity.

Cases are 3D Modelled in CAD software, then prototype prints are processed to ensure the case is perfect for your frame prior to the final print.

Printed from PETG to ensure:
- High strength in the event of an impact
- High temperature resistance
- UV resistance to prevent deterioration in sunlight.

This is a recent build for a customer, it is a 52v 40Ah 40-amp continuous battery with LG M50LT 21700 cells.
With a whopping 2080Wh of energy this Bafang Ultra powered beast with 1750w of power and 160Nm of torque is supplied with the power it needs.
This case features an invisible mounting system and integrated side panel with countersunk M5 bolts for flush mounting.
